Before anything else, we'll jump on a relaxed 30 -40 minute call to chat about you, your running and your goals.
Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PB, returning from injury or simply looking to become a more consistent runner, this is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure coaching is the right fit.
We'll discuss:
