A bit about me and what you can expect from working with me ..
Hi, I'm Sinead, owner and founder of CountryFit Oxfordshire, an idea that came from wanting more people to be able to find their ‘fit’ in this crazy fitness world…
I know how intimidating fitness can feel when you're not sure where to start, you've lost confidence, or you've tried before and things haven't quite stuck.
That's why my coaching focuses on helping people build trust in their bodies again.
Running is my speciality, but what I really love is helping people discover they're capable of more than they think. Whether that's running your first 5K, feeling stronger day to day, or simply moving without constantly worrying about aches and niggles.
My approach is supportive, realistic and built around real life. No judgement, no pressure to be perfect, and no expectation that you already know what you're doing. It is my job to help you, and be your number 1 cheerleader!
