These sessions are designed to meet you where you are right now and help you build strength, confidence and capability at your own pace. Together we'll focus on moving well, feeling stronger and creating habits that support your everyday life.
My background in running means I have a particular interest in helping people move efficiently and build resilient bodies, but you don't need to be a runner to benefit.
This is about helping YOU feel comfortable, capable and confident in your own body.

Initial Session : Free
A 45-minute session where we'll discuss your goals, assess how you're moving, and start building the foundations of your plan.
Pay As You Go
1 Session per week – £58 per session
Ideal if you prefer flexibility and want support as and when you need it.
Monthly Coaching Packages / Bulk Buy
Drop-in - £58/session
4 Sessions per month – £208 (£52 per session)
8 Sessions per month – £400 (£50 per session)
5 / 10 Session pack also available for those with less regular schedules - £275 / £520
