I don't have any fitness experience can I still join?
Absolutely! We welcome everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and scalable, meaning you can work at your own pace with options to suit your ability.
Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to build back after time out, our supportive community and expert coaches will guide you every step of the way.
PS We know joining a fitness space can be daunting, so you’re always welcome to book in a call first to help answer any questions and get to know more about us before jumping in .

Where are you?
We're based in South Leigh, Oxfordshire—you can find us easily on Google Maps by searching ‘CountryFit Oxfordshire’.
Or use our What3Words location: snoring.crashing.wobbling. (so great right!)
Look out for the CF Parking sign by the gate, and park into the hedge on the gravel. 😊

What do I need to bring / wear ?
We recommend:
Grippy trainers (trail running shoes are best!)—something sturdy that you don’t mind if it gets a little muddy.
Comfortable clothes—expect that you might get a little dirty, and for the winter remember your layers - much more effective at keeping warm and cooling down once the workout heat kicks in!
Gloves (seasonal/optional, but great for grip in the winter).
A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
If you use an inhaler, carry an EpiPen, or require any other medical device, please make sure you have it with you during the session, and kindly inform the coach at the start of the session.

I would love to try a HYROX - which classes are suitable?
All of our classes will work on improving your overall fitness, but if you're specifically prepping for HYROX, we recommend HYROX, ENGINE and PERFORM.
These classes focus on the key skills and stations used in HYROX, like endurance, functional strength, rowing, sled pushes, and more, to help you perform at your best on race day.
STRONG will also build your overall strength, power, and endurance, which are key to HYROX success and make huge improvements to your time ! 🚀

I've been put off fitness classes in the past due to low confidence - which class would you suggest?
We totally understand, and we’re all about making you feel welcome, supported, and comfortable!

Can I join if I have an injury or health concerns?
Yes! We always recommend speaking to your GP before starting any new exercise, but we can modify exercises to accommodate injuries or health concerns.
Just let us know, and we'll discuss your needs with you and ensure you're comfortable while still working towards your goals.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially for our smaller Farm Strong classes.
You can easily create your account & book via our booking site on TeamUp, or drop us a message if you have any issues!
NB spaces can be booked last minute if there is availability - but all bookings / payment MUST be done online 10mins before the start of the class.

What if I can't make it to a class?
Life happens! If you can’t make it, just let us know as soon as possible.
We have a 24hrs cancellation policy*, for all classes and 48hrs for 1-1.
You can cancel or reschedule your session via your TeamUp app/webpage, and we’ll be happy to get you into another class.
*We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Valid reasons such as illness or emergencies are always taken into consideration. If something comes up, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Is there parking available?
Yes, we have plenty of parking spaces available in the CountryFit field.

Do you offer private or 1-1 / 1-2 sessions?
Yes, we do offer personal training and 1-1 sessions for more focused work and goals.
Just get in touch with us, and we’ll tailor a program to suit your needs!

What fitness level do I need to be at to join your classes?
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced.
Every exercise can be scaled to suit your ability, and our coaches are there to guide you through it!
