Farm Circuits
Monday 6:00pm, Saturday 10:15am
Using logs, tyres, stones & ropes for a more rustic, traditional style CountryFit class, great for first timers.
Improving your fitness, stamina and strength over a series of timed workout stations. The stations are all set out across the stunning CountryFit field, with easier and more difficult options available this is a class suitable for EVERYone.
The time limit on each station allows you to push the pace as much or as little as you like. You have the option to pair up, meet new likeminded members and support each other round the workout.

Half-Hour Power
Wednesday 12:30pm, Friday 7:30am
Short on time?
The best mood boosting feel good half hour, getting those feel good endorphins flowing with this 30 minute class .
Enjoy the breathtaking views whilst working on your fitness with a series of exercises designed to challenge your strength, get the heart pumping, and add a bit of fun to your week while working to build a fitter, stronger and healthier you.
Suitable for all abilities with varying levels of exercise difficulty to choose from.

Perform
Wednesday 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am
Are you training for a fitness/running competition or event, or maybe this has sparked your interest?
Join us for an energetic team functional fitness session, working through the exercises in pairs/small groups. We will be working on your technique, whilst improving your stamina and fitness in the core functional strength movements intermixed with cardio elements to get the heart rate up and the endorphins flowing.
This class is open to all, but especially useful to those wanting to participate in events such as Hyrox, Turf Games, Tough Mudder, or as a great cross training for those with a running goal/race from 5k-ultra marathon.

Engine
Do you want to improve your endurance? Be able to run further, faster, or have more stamina in training? The ideal class for you, if you want to feel fitter & healthier than ever before, no matter what your current fitness level is.
Come join us for a fun functional fitness class, working up a sweat in this faster paced workout class.
Exercises will involve a mixture of functional strength moves like squat, sled push, lunges, overhead press, farmers carries and more, plus a little interval training to boost your speed, endurance and overall athletic performance.
