Timetable & Class Information

We are here for the feel good movement, classes that are as much fun as they are fitness, creating a positive relationship with exercise, belonging as part of a community that inspires adventure, fun and freedom.

Have a particular goal in mind? Or prefer mixing things up? Our classes are accessible for all levels of fitness; from beginner to experienced athlete.

We offer different styles of class to give you the best opportunity to find your fit, mix things up and become the healthier, happiest and fittest you have ever been.

What we do…

  • Using logs, tyres, stones & ropes for a more rustic, traditional style CountryFit class, great for first timers.

    Improving your fitness, stamina and strength over a series of timed workout stations. The stations are all set out across the stunning CountryFit field, with easier and more difficult options available this is a class suitable for EVERYone.

    The time limit on each station allows you to push the pace as much or as little as you like. You have  the option to pair up, meet new likeminded members and support each other round the workout. 

    Monday 6pm, Saturday 10:15am

  • Are you training for a fitness/running competition or event, or maybe want to know what’s involved? 

    Join us for a fun energetic team functional fitness session, working through the exercises in pairs/small groups.

    We will be working on technique, whilst improving your stamina and fitness in the core functional strength movements (nothing too fancy), intermixed with cardio elements to get the heart rate up and the endorphins flowing. 

    This class is open to all, with easier and harder options at every station.

    Perform is especially useful to those wanting to participate in events such as Hyrox, Turf Games, Tough Mudder, or as a great cross training for those with a running goal/race from 5k-ultra marathon . 

    Wednesday 6:30pm, Saturday 9am

  • Do you want to improve your energy & endurance? Be able to run further, faster, or have more stamina in training? Then this is ideal class for you.

    If you want to feel fitter & healthier than ever before, no matter what your current fitness level is, let us help.

    A fun functional fitness class, working up a sweat in a shorter style class with functional exercises such as squat, sled push, lunges, wall balls and more, combined with a little interval training to boost your speed, endurance and overall athletic performance. 

    Thursday 6pm

  • Short on time?

    The best mood boosting feel good half hour, getting those feel good endorphins flowing with this 30 minute class . 

    Enjoy the breathtaking views whilst working on your fitness with a series of exercises designed to challenge your strength, get the heart pumping, and add a bit of fun to your week, all while working to build a fitter, stronger and healthier you. 

    Suitable for all abilities with varying levels of exercise difficulty to choose from. 

    Wednesday 12:30pm, Friday 7:30am

  • But we do things differently to any standard gym, no tedious gym routines, long slogs on the cardio machines, or trying to work out what you / shouldn’t be doing and what is the best routine for you.

    We work around you to create the ultimate partnership between you and your horse. I have developed the perfect formula to boost your riding performance, and have a way you can get ahead for the 2025 season.

    Getting involved is easy, no minimum fitness or any fitness experience required.

    We are currently running an EPIC introductory offer of 6 classes for £12! (Normally £60).
